Shalay Total Wellness was founded in 2014 by Tamika Fowler. She initially started making skin products just for her family to use at home to offer some relief from the itching and burning due to eczema. She later made her children and nephew the owners and co-owners to continue to build the business. The team consists of Tamika Fowler- Founder and Holistic Director, Shania Fowler- Owner, Layla Fowler , Dallas Fowler Jr. , Robert Neverdon III,Shirlene Jones , Evangeline Coley- Creative Director (LBR Collection) and DeCarlo Boyd Coley- Creative Director (RBC Collection).
